Holiday apartments with a balcony, a wonderful view of Lake Garda and a shared Mediterranean garden


The holiday apartments are in a little holiday residence in a very quiet location, just 100 metres from the lake.

The apartments are comfortably furnished. They have a safe for storing your valuables. Satellite TV is available. Bed linen is provided, but you need to bring your own towels and hairdryer. The apartments have heating, so they provide ideal accommodation for a holiday at Lake Garda even outside of the summer season. Air conditioning is not necessary.

There is a garden with olive and lemon trees, for shared use with the other guests at the holiday residence. It is furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers and provides ample space to relax. There is a private parking area in front of the house with a parking space for each apartment.

A cot, a highchair and a folding pushchair can be provided free of charge (subject to availability, to be indicated on the booking). Pets are not allowed. Arrivals are after 14.30, departures by 10.00. In case of necessity, the owners will do the washing for their guests on payment of a little surcharge.

There are shops and a restaurant just 40 metres away. The town is just four kilometres away. A wide range of leisure activities are available, such as water sports, tennis (100 metres) and outdoor activities in the mountains. There is something for everyone.

Lovely Apartment in Cassone with Mediterranean Garden and Wonderful View

This apartment is on the first floor and provides a spacious living room-kitchen with a sleeping area that is separated from the living room and kitchen spaces by a big wardrobe and is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The living room has a sofa bed for two people and a dining table. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a four-ring hob, cooking utensils, a fridge and a kettle. An iron and ironing board can be provided on request.

There is a balcony with a view of the lake and furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals or ending the evening with a good glass of wine.

    “Zusammenfassend war es eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche. Der Standart in der Wohnung kann gern verbessert werden. Die Lage ist super. Der Weg zum See ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die vor Ort anzutreffenden Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Autostellplatz je Ferienwohnung. Positiv: Die Lage, mit dem Blick auf den Gardasee ist grandios. Das Objekt ist schön. Die kleine Terasse/der Balkon direkt an der Wohnung lässt sich prima nutzen, um das geneinsame Frühstück am Morgen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend zu genießen. Negativ: In dem Wohnobjekt befinden sich 4 Wohneinheiten. Zu jeder Ferienwohnung führt eine seperate Treppe mit angrenzender Terrasse. Hier befinden sich je 2 Sonnenliegen. Die Aufleger dazu sind nicht so schön. Sie sollten erneuert werden. In der Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Allerdings ist das kleine Sofa, im Wohn-/Essbereich, bereits ausgesessen und unansehnlich.
    Auf der kleinen Terrasse vorn raus, fehlt ein Sonnenschutz. Ansonsten lässt es sich dort gut sitzen.
    Das große Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nicht das Bett, was wir gewohnt sind. Es ist eher eine große Liege. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Leider gibt es dort keine Weingläser. Da die Temperaturen im Sommer dort sehr hochvsind, wäre ein Ventilator / Lüftungsgerät od ähnliches ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, denn die Wohnanlage heitzt sich schnell auf. Ausflüge: Monte Baldo - Der Monte Baldo ist vor Ort gut zu erreichen. Die Seilbahn ist stets gut besucht. Der Preis ist online günstiger, was ich schade finde. Die Aussicht ist se sasationell.”
