Two cosy holiday apartments in a quiet location and near the beach, ideal for those seeking leisure and exploratory trips

The apartments enjoy a quiet location on a cul-de-sac and about 80 metres from the beach. The centre of Malinska is about 10 minutes away, easy to get to on foot along the sea or by car.

It is a semi-detached house with a holiday apartment on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The owner lives on the second floor.

Three bicycles a duo canoe and a child’s bed (all free of charge) are available. The owner’s son sometimes catches white fish with a harpoon that you can have. If you need any help or advice during your stay, the owner is happy to assist.

The house is situated between two little bays. The first bay is 80 metres away and has more pebble. The other bay is about 100 metres away and is predominantly sand. See from the beach. The house is on the second row behind pine trees. If you need anything urgently, then there is a little grocery shop about 150 metres away. Alternatively, there is a large supermarket with a wider choice in the centre. The restaurants and shops are also not far away, about 150-250 metres. The centre is about 1100 metres away.

Holiday apartment on the ground floor with a garden

The property is a semi-detached house. The house is situated between two small bays. The closer one is 80m away and has more gravel, the other bay is 100m away and has more sand. The house is in the second row from the beach, behind the pine trees. It is in a quiet location because it is in a cul-de-sac. The property has three floors. The landlord lives on the second floor.

The apartment, which is located in the basement, is accessible at ground level. It is approx. 42m² in size and offers space for up to two people. A separate bedroom with two single beds and a TV awaits you. There is an additional double bed in the living room and bedroom. The air conditioning is also located here. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a fridge, there is also a coffee machine, stove and microwave. A bar invites you to eat together. The bathroom has a bathtub and the WC is located separately.

The apartment has access to a wonderful garden with a large stone barbecue and a stone sink. A gazebo under kiwi trees with a round granite table invites you to linger. The outdoor shower has sun-warmed water. The garden is fenced and has lots of greenery, such as three large palm trees. The apartment has a parking space in the grounds of the house.

Guests have three bicycles, a canoe duo and a crib at their disposal.

The area around the house is quite green. Within a radius of 100m there are many bathing opportunities with sand, gravel, concrete and stone beaches. There is also a place with barrier-free access. The restaurants and stores are also not far away, about 250m. The center is 1100m away.
