The holiday house with a rustic but at the same time modern interior enjoys a quiet, but central location about 2km outside of Landeck, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Tyrol. The accommodation is nestled into an impressive mountain landscape, not far from the major Tyrolean ski resorts. All around there is idyllic planted greenery.



The living space of around 186m² has heating throughout and is spread over two floors. The upper floor has a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine) with an adjoining dining space for 12 people, as well as two bedrooms (a three-bed room and a double room, 180 x 200cm and 90 x 200cm), a separate WC and a shower room with a washbasin. There is a rustic Tyrolean living room has a stone pine corner bench and an integrated tiled fireplace stove, right next to the cooking and dining space. The lower floor has three bedrooms, of which two have a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other has three single beds (90 x 200cm). They each have their own washbasin. There is also a shower room and a separate WC, each without a washbasin. You can use a leisure room variably, with Internet and a workspace. From here you can access the sauna and fitness room next door with an ergometer and treadmill. You can use a washing machine for laundry.



The lower outdoor are features a partially roofed panoramic terrace with sun loungers, canopy swings and various sitting areas, including comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. Stairs lead to the upper terrace with a covered swimming pool, which reaches temperatures of up to 35°C in summer owing to solar heating on the roof. In other seasons the pool is heated to at least 25°C with a heat exchanger. The pool is closed during winter months (Octobre till end of April). The charcoal grill invites you to enjoy leisurely grill evenings. The upper outdoor area also has a balcony on the west side. The partially roofed terrace on the north-east side provides a table tennis table. The outdoor area affords a fantastic mountain panorama, an impressive sight either in summery green or wintery white. Four car parking spaces are available behind the house. Two cars, one large and one small, can also be parked optionally on the parking spaces belonging to the house on the street.



Wireless Internet access is available throughout the accommodation free of charge, there is only a deposit due for the repeater which is returned on departure. There is a travel bed available for small children up to 3 years old, as well as a highchair and a retaining bar for a normal bed to prevent falling.



Pure nature but nevertheless the flair of a small town nearby, as well as Innsbruck, the capital of the Alps, or Samnaun, the tax-free shopping paradise. In winter, the house is amidst the diverse Tyrolean skiing region and in summer you can set off on trips and adventures by bike or on foot right from the house. It is amidst the perhaps most beautiful area in Tyrol. Especially in winter, the wider area of Arlberg, Paznaun, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and the proximity to Ischgl and the Ötztal ensure that your holiday house is a perfect starting point for an enjoyable stay. Discover several hundred kilometres of ski pistes, highly modern lifts and the best prices with the Ski-sechs ticket. Apres-ski and sauna experiences in the holiday house are included. The summer in Tyrol, on the other hand, promises an almost endless array of hiking and mountain trails for hikers, mountain bikers, motorcyclists and all other mountain sports. Discover wonderful mountain panoramas and the most beautiful facets of Tyrol. Take a deep breath and empty your mind. If you prefer outdoor action, you can go canyoning, kayaking or rafting. There are various supermarkets with a fresh bakery about 2.5km away at the foot of Perfuchsberg, as well as pharmacies, restaurants and recreation.

    “Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht in die Berge und Umgebung. Die große Terrasse mit ihrer Lounge sowie der große Esstisch zu dem ein Grill gehört ist komplett überdacht. Mit das Highlight des Hauses ist der beheizte und überdachte Pool und die Sauna. Leider ist die Küche etwas zu klein und wir konnten den Pool, aufgrund des schlechten Wetters (Kälte) die letzten zwei Tage nicht mehr nutzen...”

    “Nach einer langen Fahrt aus Norddeutschland, waren wir über alle Maße überrascht was für ein traumhaftes Objekt uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Es war wirklich fantastisch. Das große Haus mit all seinen positiven Aspekten war Erholung pur. Die große überdachte Terasse mit ihrer Lounge sowie der große Esstisch zu dem ein Grill gehört. Komplett überdacht. Falls es mal vorkam das schlechtes Wetter war, war dieser Bereich super um sich das Naturschauspiel anzuschauen welches durch das Tal zog. Apropos schlechtes Wetter. Eins der Meisterstücke war und ist bestimmt der überdachte / beheizte Pool. Weiterhin gibt es in jedem Zimmer WLan sowie ein TV Gerät. Die Zimmer sehen super aus und selbst ich, als jemand der nicht überall gut schlafen kann, muss sagen, dass ich selten so gut geschlafen habe. Man bekommt auf 2 Etagen ein super eingerichtetes Haus, welches durch die Vermieter liebevoll eingerichtet ist. An dieser Stelle muss nochmals ein Lob an die Vermieter ausgesprochen werden. Danke für diese wahrlich super Woche. Es hat uns unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht in eurem Haus sowie die Abende mit euch verbringen zu dürfen.”
