Rooftop apartment with modern furnishing in Hamburg-Norderstedt

This apartment is on the roof (second floor) of a former printers, a detached apartment building, on the edge of a quiet industrial area and is surrounded by plenty of greenery. The apartment used to be the office of the former owner of the printer, who lived on site. It is about 15 minutes from Hamburg airport and about 5 minutes from Costa Kiesa, a gravel pit swimming lake. There is also a little lake behind the building.

With around 97m² of living space, this accommodation provides ample space for a maximum of four people. The living and dining room has two comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV (cable) with a DVD player and a mini stereo system with a Bluetooth function. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dining table for four people. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a wide box spring bed (180 cm and 160cm wide), a cupboard and a sage. The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a WC, a washbasin, a towel radiator and a hairdryer. The roofterrace has 16 sqm. The owner can provide a children’s bed and a highchair on request. A washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge. The whole apartment has heating and free Wi-Fi.

The living room opens onto the 30m² furnished roof terrace with a Weber grill and a canopy beach chair. The terrace has garden furniture, loungers and a parasol. You can relax here or enjoy a leisurely grill evening and dine together. The site is not fenced. Two bicycles are available free of charge for exploring the area. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a daily fee. You can park your car free of charge on the private outdoor parking space.

The operation of our holiday apartment is climate-neutral. We offset our Co2 consumption in Germany.

The nearest centre with a station is about 6.8km away and the nearest grocery shop is about 5km away. If you would like to enjoy sports, you can find a golf course (ca. 8km), a minigolf course (ca. 5km), a swimming pool, a tennis court, water sports (ca. 5km) and hiking trails (ca. 100m).

    “Im großen und ganzen, trotz Industriegebiet sehr ruhig (ausgenommen die startenden Flugzeuge ab halb sieben morgens im drei Minutentakt, stört aber nur bedingt und bei offenem Fenster) ansonsten, keine Beanstandungen. Sogar eine Wii und ein DVD Player vorhanden für verregnete Abende. Positiv: Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und eine Teenagerin. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Betten waren groß,sauber und bequem. Negativ: Dachterrasse hatte keine Begrenzung, also für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet. Den ausgeschriebenen Grillplatz haben wir nicht gefunden Restaurant: Bugsy Burger - Bugsy Burger sehr zu empfehlen und keine 20 Minuten zu fahren, keine Tischreservierung und Kartenzahlung möglich süße und freundliche Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen Ausflüge: Stadtpark Norderstedt - Sehr gut zum Entspannen. Minigolf, Tiere, Natur, Wasser (auch Wasserski) wunderbar”

    “Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer, zumindest am Wochenende, ruhigen Lage. Alles vor Ort was man braucht. Positiv: Eine schöne große Wohnung mit viel Platz.
    Die Schlafräume sind sehr gut abzudunkeln mit Rollos. Negativ: Dass keine Gardinen an den Fenstern sind.”

    “Die Wohnung selbst ist völlig in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist gut, praktisch, mit großem Kühl- und
    Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Dachterrasse mit Strandkorb und weiteren Gartenmöbeln, sowie einem Grill. Die Wohnung war sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative ist die Lage. Da die Wohnung in einem Gewerbegebiet liegt ist die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nur bis ca. 17.00 h möglich, danach kommt man mit keinem Bus mehr zurück zur Wohnung.”
