The apartment is located on the second floor of a house from which there is direct access to a small private beach...Each unit has 2 loungers and a beach umbrella.
The house is close to the historic center. the supermarket is 250 m away, the cable car is 400 m away. the playground is 70 m away.

IT CONSISTS OF A BEDROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED, W.C. - SHOWER. EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE. The apartment does not have a balcony, but is very bright.
The price includes air conditioning, TV satellite, WI-FI. The apartment is equipped with dishes and everything you need for cooking, microwave, toaster and electric coffee maker. with 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
The price also includes weekly bed linen and towels.
Each apartment has a parking space. If the parking spaces in the yard of the house are occupied, we always provide a parking space on the owner's other property...

    “Sehr zentral gelegen, gute Erreichbarkeit, perfekt mit dem hauseigenem Strand, Ausstattung relativ alt bzw. gebraucht, aber funktionell. Wer den ganzen Tag zu Lande oder auf dem See aktiv ist, für den ist diese Unterkunft ein toller Rückzugsort.
    Wir würden diese Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer Lage weiterempfehlen, aufgrund der Ausstattung nicht.”

    “Gut ausgestattet (3 Gas- u. 1 Elektrokochplatten - allerdings kein Backofen oder Mikrowelle, gro. Kühlschrank mit Froster, Toaster, einfache Kaffeemaschine, genügend (und genügend gutes) Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe/Pfannen; SAT-TV, aber nur kleiner Bildschirm (was uns nicht störte, da die tolle Aussicht direkt auf den Gardasee jedes TV-Programm ausstach), kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen, Schlafzimmer ok, nur Matratze (150 x 200) etwas sehr weich, in Wohnküche Schlafsofa für 2 Personen (haben wir aber nicht getestet), Bad mit Dusche, kl. Flur, viele Stufen (2.OG), bei Hitze etwas warm (unterm Dach) - aber uns hat nicht wirklich etwas gefehlt oder gestört, zumal es sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand war, zudem war es voll preiswürdig (mehr hätte teurer sein müssen). Dies vor allem angesichts der Lage mitten in der Altstadt., mit den ersten Restaurants direkt vor der Tür! Nur: Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier (zumindet in der Hauptsaison) falsch, da die Altstadt recht quirlig ist, zudem kommt es sehr auf die Mitbewohner an (noch 2 o. 3 FeWo im Haus und ebensoviele im Hinterhaus). Es gibt einen eigenen kleinen Privatstrand mit Liegen und So.schirmen, allerdings ist der Zentrums-Hafen der Gardaseeschiffe nur 100 m entfernt, sodass jede Stunde 2 große Schiffe aufttauchen, die etwas Geräusche und auch Abgase hinterlassen - aber auch das fanden wir gut aushaltbar. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte besser weiter den Berg hinauf wohnen. Es gibt einen kleinen Hof mit 2-3 Parkplätzen, aber extrem eng - und die Zufahrt ist noch extremer, deshalb haben wir bis auf An- und Abreise nur im Feriendorf der Besitzer, Priori, geparkt - dass sind nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Altstadt und war für uns auch kein Problem.
    Fazit: Nicht ganz billig, aber vollauf sein Geld wert!”
