The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2009 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture and court.

Baška. The holiday apartement is located on a 60 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
