Completely newly equipped and furnished non-smoking holiday house, with a garden, playground and parking spaces

The holiday house is quietly situated to the north by the edge of the forest, but close to the centre of Bad Sachsa.

The ground floor provides access to the big terrace (40m²). The house has a garden (ca. 400m²) with a grill corner and playground. Car parking spaces are available and there are places on site to store bicycles. A canopy swing, awning and plenty of garden furniture are provided.

The living space of around 100m² is generous and the house is suitable for up to six people. The semi-detached house is ideal for families with children. The low-energy holiday house was built in 2001, renovated in 2011 and provided with quality furnishing and fittings. The German Tourism Association (DTV) classified the house as four-star in December 2012. The ground floor of the house has a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, big fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave with grill, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, mixer, coffee machine and coffee pad machine, kitchen radio, highchair). The adjoining living room with parquet flooring has a generous dining table with chairs and a comfortable suite. The big hallway provides access to the infrared cabin (lava sand technology) and a guest WC. Wireless Internet access, satellite TV and radio provide entertainment. The upper floor has a bathroom with a shower, towel radiator, hairdryer, makeup mirror and corner bath. There are also three bedrooms, one with a balcony (7m²). Two bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third has two single beds and can be used as a children’s room.

A travel bed for toddlers can be provided for a fee. Electricity and heating are partially supplied by solar energy. The house has an alarm system. Small pets are allowed on request at a supplementary charge.

    “Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Es liegt zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das ist optimal. Positiv: Das war ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Für die Kinder optimal. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig . Negativ: Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.”
