Welcome to Åsa, one of Sweden's most beautiful holiday destinations. This stunning house perched high and undisturbed has with panoramic sea views from all over the house. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. The house is built and renovated in 2004/05 and is just 25 meters from the beach and near a bridge, and there is good swimming and fishing. The plot is large and around the house there are three terraces so you can follow the sun throughout the day. In the evening you can have a barbecue on one of the terraces and watch the sunset. You can also enjoy the Swedish west coast from the sauna where you can see the lighthouse in the horizon!
The area has many attractions and sights. For example. the Tjolöholm castle is open for tours during most of the year. The beautiful palace garden is always open to the public. In Kungsbacka, just north of Åsa, there are shopping centers, outlets and a nice downtown with small shops and a lovely square. Gothenburg is not far and here you can find even more shopping centers, boat trips and the main street Avenyn with many wonderful restaurants. Approx. 20 minutes from the house is Varberg, which is a very pleasant summer town. A tour of the fortress is recommended, but the city also has a lot more to offer, for example the promenade and art gallery. For you who like to play golf, there is a wide range of courses in the area. This house is perfect for 2 families.

    “Ein wunderschönes Haus, in toller Lage, direkt am Kattegat. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus, nette Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Wir würden das Haus erneut anmieten. Allerdings wäre so nah am Wasser ein Boot von großem Vorteil, wir haben es vermisst.”
