Lovely cottage in a small, cozy village near Wallander's Ystad and Österlen, with long sandy beaches of the south coast. 1500 m from the sea with a fine sandy beach, dock and good fishing spot. For Svarte and Lilleskog you catch the best trout fishing in the Baltic Sea near Skane. It is possible to book a fishing trip with the owner. In the landscape around the house is a lot like deer, deer and foxes excited. The house is in the village Balkåkra known for Sweden's only grave chapel privately owned. Near the hiking area Snogeholm and the beautiful valley Fyledalen with wonderful bird life where chasing the mighty stone and sea eagles. Also nearby are Simrishamn, Tomelilla Hasse & Tage Museum, the zoo of Ystad (bike distance) Tosselilla, Kivik, Kåseberga and the whole Österlen with all its services such as farm shops, restaurants and artists. You easily reach several bicycle paths along castles or on the coast. You can also just take the train (1500 m) to Malmö, Copenhagen and Helsingborg if you want to experience a city. A cottage in the middle of the Skåne, which promises a relaxing holiday by the sea and near the city.
