Characteristic 17th century stone house divided into 6 apartments (including IUP579 and IUP581) and dépendance (IUP772), about 80 m away. The houses are located on a 150 ha estate on a hill (480 m.a.s.l.) and is surrounded by meadows and woods. Beautiful view of the valley and the forest. In the surrounding meadow with olive grove is the swimming pool, equipped terrace and stone barbecue for communal use. Sale of organic olive oil DOP. Access by 1 km of gravel road. Baby cribs available on request. Interior. 1st floor: from the large equipped panoramic terrace access to the two almost identical apartments connected by an internal door. Each apartment consists of: Living/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom. One apartment has a shower room, the other a bathroom with bathtub. This vacation accommodation is also suitable for two families who, on the one hand, want privacy, but at the same time appreciate a shared terrace. Distances: San Vito in Monte (restaurant) 1.5 km, San Venanzo (stores of all kinds) 12 km, Todi and Perugia 36 km, Orvieto 38 km, Assisi 45 km.
