Casa Enrica type E2, for up to 4 people, 300 metres from the lake in a very quiet and romantic location

Casa Enrica is a house with two apartments in a historical district of Idro/Lemprato. The house is in an enclosed interior courtyard that oozes an Italian flair. It is very quietly situated and Casa Enrica is the right place for those who like quaint old Italian interior courtyards. All amenities are within easy walking distance.

The freshly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-storey middle house with two holiday apartments. The ground floor has a large vaulted entrance area with plenty of space, where you can park bicycles. The living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen is light and spacious. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The living room opens onto the very cosy balcony with a table and chairs, looking out over the charmingly designed interior courtyard and the mountains, and where you can relax in the sunshine. A parking space is available and there is a roofed area for motorbikes.

It is only about 300 metres from the beach, playground, café or nearest pizzeria and a one-minute walk to a little shop to fetch bread rolls in the morning. A little promenade leads from the beach along the lake into Crone, a typical lakeside village with shops, a playground and a weekly market on Wednesdays. The surroundings are characterised by beautiful nature, peace and quiet, a special flair and diversity. You can go walking, climbing, surfing, canyoning, mountain biking, paragliding, on motorbike tours, visit leisure parks or stroll around towns, or especially just relax.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig.
    Die Schlafzimmer haben je 2 einzelne Betten, die sich zusammen oder getrennt aufstellen lassen.
    Der Balkon bietet genug Platz, um zu viert am Tisch sitzen zu können. Durch das lange Dach ist man auch bei Regen im Trockenen.
    Das ganze Haus, die Anlage mit Innenhof, ist sehr gepflegt und hübsch.
    In der Wohnung liegt eine Mappe mit ausführlichen Infos zur Wohnung, zum Ort, zur Umgebung, mit Ausflugstipps und allem Drum und Dran.
    Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.”
