Holiday apartments right by the beach with a roofed terrace and a sea view

The apartments are located in the small place Krilo Jesenice, next to the pebble beach on the Adriatic
coastal road from Dubrovnik and Makarska to Split. From the historic city of Split and the palace of
the Roman emperor Diocletian they are only approximately 16 km away, from the old pirate town of Omis ca. 9 km, from Makarska 45 km away, and from Dubrovnik 200 km away. The apartments are located 27 km away from the airport and 16 km away from the port (for day trips to the Adriatic islands and Hvar).

The apartments have roofed terraces that afford a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Free parking spaces are available in front of the terrace.

The pebbled beach is just 30 metres away and so you can spend the day swimming, fishing and enjoying other water sports activities with the family and children. You can find many restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a children’s playground, in the immediate vicinity. Various public events are held in summer, such as music festivals, the summer of culture and folk dancing. Active holiday-makers can go jogging, climbing on natural cliffs, on diving tours, windsurfing and rafting on the Cetina River. You can visit the ancient Greek ruins near Salona. The airport is about 27 kilometres away. It is 16km to the harbour which offers days trips by boat. Krka National Park is 65km away.

The apartment is located in small place Krilo Jesenice, next to the pebble beach on the Adriatic coastal road from Dubrovnik and Makarska to Split. The apartment is located 27 km from the airport and 16 km from the port (for a day trip on the Adriatic islands and Hvar in particular).

The terrace has a large wooden table, wooden chairs, a garden swing, a fan and a stone wall with flowers. The two bedrooms open onto the shared balcony.

The 95m² holiday apartment is on the top floor and can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms with wardrobes and a comfortable double bed in the first and three single beds in the second. The living room also provides a sofa bed and an open kitchen in a retro style, fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle. A dining table with chairs, a flatscreen TV, a safe, wireless Internet access and air conditioning are provided. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washing machine and WC.

Split and Omis offers numerous opportunities for high quality entertainment and a lot of quality restaurants where you can taste and enjoy in local food. Also from there you can book many different one day trips to islands. If you are more interested in sport activities, then you can enjoy in the canyon of the river Cetina with many possibilities as rafting, zip line and canyoning. A rafting trip takes about 4-5 hours. Participation is open to adults of all ages and children over 8 years. About 65 kilometers from the apartment is National Park Krka, which is among the finest and most attractive in Europe.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the domestic tourism house, facing the sea with sweeping views of the islands from the balcony. The beach is 50 meters from the apartment, so our accommodation offers a full day to enjoy swimming, fishing, diving and other water sports. We also offer free use of kayaks to all guests during their stay in the house. it is very suitable for families with children. Car parking is provided and free of charge. Very close to the apartment is market, restaurant, caffe bar, beach bar and a bus station. The apartment has two bedroom and two bathrooms. The apartment has a terrace of 15 m2 with a large dining table and a swing. Also apartment has a balcony of 10 m2 with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, spacious living area where is the sofa.

    “Sehr schöne, neue und individuell eingerichtete Wohnung, mit einer sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung in der obersten Etage mit separatem Zugang. Die Wohnung hat einen schmaleren Balkon zur Meerseite, der vom einem der Schlafzimmer und vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar ist. Zusätzlich gibt es eine großzügige Terrasse auf der anderen Seite, auch mit teilweisen Blick zum Wasser. Es gibt 2 Bäder und 2 klimatisierte Zimmer, das 3. hat einen Deckenventilator. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastleute. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir eine kleine Käse- und Schickenplatte, sowie Getränke als Starter im Kühlschrank. Zwischendurch überraschte man uns noch mit Keksen aus der Bäckerei. Wir haben uns selten so wohl und willkommen in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Darum, absolute Empfehlung!
    Was man noch wissen sollte:
    Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Krilo direkt an der Küstenstrasse, die relativ viel befahren ist. Erstaunlicherweise hat man in der Wohnung aber sehr wenig Straßenlärm, so dass wir das nicht als störend empfanden. Der Strand (Kiesstrand) ist wirklich direkt an der Wohnung, man muss nur über die Straße. Wenige Meter von der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt und 2 Restaurants. Weitere sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber per Auto oder Bus, der wirklich häufig fährt, zu erreichen. Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört kein fester Parkplatz, es gibt aber ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Wohnung.”

    “Faciliteter: Der manglede ikke noget i forhold til køkkenudstyr, og badeværelset var fint. Der er en vaskemaskine i lejligheden, men der mangler faktisk en opvaskemaskine. Alle elektriske installationer virkede inklusiv det trådløse netværk.
    Sengene var gode og boligen var generelt i fin stand.

    Beliggenhed: Boligen ligger lige bagved en meget fin stenstrand, hvor der er en cafe. Det er primært lokal der kommer til denne strand. Desuden ligger der en lille havn, hvor der komme mindre turistbåde og sejlskibe, og havnen bliver brugt til at renoveret mindre skibe.

    Tilstand: Boligen er meget fin og ren.
