This apartment is located in a former farmhouse that has been converted into beautiful apartments. You are here near the ancient small town of Volterra (4 km), which has an Etruscan origin, and where also a beautiful medieval town center can still be admired. Although the town is small, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Tuscany! Ideal for nature-loving holidaymakers. Crib/chair available upon request.     “Das Objekt liegt sehr schön am Berghang mit einem phantastischen Blick in die Landschaft. Rings herum sind Olivenhaine und Obstbäume. Unser Hund konnte sich hier frei bewegen und hatte viel Auslauf. Das Gelände ist aber nicht eingezäunt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach, ordentlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, jedoch muss die Dusche dringend saniert werden, da sie sehr mit Schimmel befallen ist. Der Rest war einigermaßen sauber.”

    “Sehr schönes historisches Haus, perfekt renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Das ganze auf einem tollen Grundstück. Sehr einladend und sehr erholsam.”

    “Apartement Iris : Kleiner Schlafraum mit abgetrennten Bad (Du/WC/Bidet/WB), kleine aber zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche (L-Küche/ Gasherd/ Kühl- und Gefrierschrank/ Tisch mit 3 Stühlen), SAT-TV und kleine Frühstücksterrasse, alles aber gefliest. Schade ist nur, dass die Sonne ab 17.00 h hinter der Hügelkuppe verschwindet (Süd-Ost-Lage) und dann der Pool/ Liegebereich nicht mehr in der Sonne liegt. In Volterra gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z.B. COOP mit Top Lebensmittelprodukten.”

    “Das Haus liegt ruhig an einem recht steilen Hang unterhalb von Volterra ca. 3-4 km Fussmarsch den Berg hoch, oder 5-6 km mit dem Auto. Kein Auto-/Fluglärm oder sonstiges zu hören...

    Die Wohnung ist klein, die Küche recht gut eingerichtet, per TV kann man auch deutsche und andere europäische Sender empfangen falls man der italienischen Sprache nicht mächtig sein sollte.”
