Holiday home with swimming pool and climate

The detached holiday home built in 2000, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. The house is forbidden for youth groups

Bečići. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 9 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of October.
