Here is also a restaurant with a nice terrace.

The possibilities for fun excursions in the area are endless. Cycle to the picturesque fortified village of Bourtange 8 km, admire the listed village of Smeerling (3 km) and the stately farmhouses and manor houses in Bellingwolde (12 km). This vacation home is located near the German border. For a nice day with your children, visit Surwold's forest (38 km), a beautiful recreation area with a large playground, climbing forest, toboggan run and fairy tale forest.
