The house is located in a quiet location 6 km from Omis, 35 kilometers south of Split and 37 km north of Makarska (between Split and Makarska).

The house is well maintained to have a fully equipped kitchen,

the coast road facing the sea and has a beautiful sea view.

Situated below the coat road who can be reached directly with about 100 steps.

It has a large terraces and balconies. At the plot below is another house. Therefore, the guests from this house can use the same access.

There are 2 parking at the house available.

Location description : Welcome to Stanici! Stanici is a small fishing village located 5 km from Omis (with sandy beach or beaches) in the direction of Makarska and Dubrovnik. The village has retained its originality, but offers its guests a holiday full comfort in private pensions, hotels,villas,apartment and apartments. The air here is clean, the water is clear, the beach is quiet and very far from the aggressive pace of modern life and tourist industry. From the steep hillside you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea to the opposite island of Brac. In the surroundings you can always find a secluded cove with "your" own small pebbly beach. The people are nice and very hospitable. You will be glad to welcome you with homemade wine and talk with you even if they do not speak your language. To ensure their physical well-being offer some restaurants, coffee bars, the food and drinks for every taste and every budget. In Stanici there are 2 small markets with bakerys with fresh bread and sweet pastries, dairy products, fruit and vegetable markets run every day. In the center where there is a bus stop there is the travel agency Adriatoptours which can help you in all aspects. Can all fragrances and colors of the agricultural products they find at the weekly market in Omis. There you will find some banks, the church, with several emergency physicians.
