PHENOMENAL TERRACE + SEA VIEW

Stanici a small village between Split, Omis and Makarska.


South of Omis after 6 km is Stanici reachable.

The house is located in a very quiet area 6 kilometers south of Omis between (35 kilometers south of Split and 37 kilometers north of Makarska).


The house is on a slope on the edge of Stanici above the coastal road, only 70 m from the beach.


You can reach the pebble beach in about 5 minutes on foot.

Markets, vegetable stall and restaurants are in the center about 150 meters away.




You can enjoy the fantastic sea view from the balcony.

THE apartment house has a beautiful direct and unrestricted view of the sea.

It is extremely well maintained (very clean and tidy.)

It has 1 fully equipped kitchen.

The 2 bathrooms have showered / toilet, 1 shower.

3 bedrooms have air conditioning.

The bed linen is provided. Parking spaces are available at the house.

On the ground floor there is the possibility to use a grill station.

The house can accommodate 8 people:


1st floor:

A4 (A6) 150 m² around 100m² balcony + 40m² terrace

3 sleeping rooms with 3 x with double beds, 2 sleeping rooms with entrée to the balcony.

Kitchen - dinning (Ceramic hob,(oven), water cooker, toaster.

Living area (TV/sat) with couch.

Corridor with access to all rooms.

2 bathrooms (tub/shower/WC) + (shower/WC).

1 terrace with BBQ, 1 balcony 20 m2 with sea view.


2nd floor:

On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with two separate beds

1 bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony with sea view.

It is all year rental but to note is that it is only be heated in the bedrooms with climate heating!

Stanici is a small fishing village located 5 km from Omis (with sandy beach or beaches) in the direction of Makarska and Dubrovnik.

The village has retained its originality, but offers its guests a holiday full comfort in private pensions, hotels,villas,apartment and apartments.


The air here is clean, the water is clear, the beach is quiet and very far from the aggressive pace of modern life and tourist industry.

From the steep hillside you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea to the opposite island of Brac.


In the surroundings you can always find a secluded cove with "your" own small pebbly beach.

The people are nice and very hospitable. You will be glad to welcome you with homemade wine and talk with you even if they do not speak your language.


To ensure their physical well-being offer some restaurants, coffee bars, the food and drinks for every taste and every budget. In Stanici there are 2 small markets with bakerys with fresh bread and sweet pastries, dairy products, fruit and vegetable markets run every day.

In the center where there is a bus stop there is the travel agency Adriatoptours which can help you in all aspects.


Can all fragrances and colors of the agricultural products they find at the weekly market in Omis.

There you will find some banks, the church, with several emergency physicians.


The authors of these lines in Stanici like it so much that they would prefer to spend your summer vacation there. They have moved him but for an indefinite period because they want to keep their house now free for you.


The environment here is very nice. You can enjoing here your rest with clean sea, good food and our hospitality. From here, many beautiful excursions available such as Brac, Hvar, Dubrovnik, Makarska, Split.

There are also many sports facilities including diving, snorkeling, hiking, climbing.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
