Spend your vacation in this beautiful, renovated and rustic house at the end of a small Istrian village called Martinski in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula.

The house is ideal for those who want to spend a pleasant stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature and local gastronomic specialties. Special attention has been paid to the decoration of the house, which tastefully combines modernity with traditional elements and rustic charm. The heating of water with solar energy shows that environmental aspects are also taken into account. On the spacious and covered terrace you can relax on summer days and evenings in pleasant company or reading.

If you want to swim in the sea, you can visit the tourist town of Rabac, known for its beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea. In the town there is the famous agrotourism with a restaurant where you can taste local specialties and wines. Be sure to explore the surrounding area and visit the historical center of the old town of Labin, known as the city of artists. From here you can make day trips to other Istrian destinations such as Rovinj or ancient Pula.
