Allegra and welcome to the holiday flat Plazzöl Suot Nr.5

3 1/2 room flat with separate entrance in a restored Engadine house in a central location in the old part of the village ‘Scuol-sura’. Both bedrooms face the neighbourhood street, which is closed to traffic after 10.00 pm. Only 3 minutes' walk to the “Bogn Engiadina Scuol” adventure pool and the local/ski bus stop. Reserved garage parking space.

Spacious living room with exposed wooden ceiling construction. Functionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom/WC/double washbasin. Small seating area at the end of the outside staircase at the entrance to the flat. Flatscreen TV with Sunrise, free WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine.

- 1 reserved parking space in the car park (Enger car park)

    “Positiv: Lage, Ausstattung Negativ: Parkplatz in Garage wegen zu engem Zugang nicht brauchbar. Restaurant: Hotel Astras Scuol - Grosses Angebot an Speisen, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, äusserst rascher und effizienter Service. Ausflüge: S-Charl - Mit Postauto nach S-Charl Wanderung über Fuorcla Funtana da S-Charl nach Ofenpass, zurück mit Postauto und RhB nach Scuol.Marschzeit etwa 6 Stunden.”

    “Ich würde diese Wohnung nochmals mieten, aber unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Küche und das Bad gründlich gereinigt wären. Positiv: Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral: Nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle. Negativ: Leider warüche die Küche nit so sauber und auch im Bad fanden wir Spuren. Restaurant: Curuna Scuol - Gemütliches Restaurant mit gutem Essen und freundlichem Personal. Ausflüge: Motta Naluns - Gute Infrastruktur der Skilifte”

    “Tolle Wohnung! Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Platz und einen schönen Bergblick. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch ist man in wenigen Schritten bei den Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Doppelbett ist gemütlich und sehr komfortabel. Negativ: Die Matratzen der Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind für unseren Geschmack zu weich.”
