This beautiful and bright holiday home for exclusive use is situated in a sunny and central location.
The holiday home Pütvia 245F is modernly furnished. The large windows and direct access to the garden invite you to linger. The village centre is just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway.

The holiday home Pütvia 245F has a garage and outdoor parking space as well as a ski locker.
On the ground floor: entrance area with cloakroom, living room with access to the large garden seating area (approx. 25m2), generously equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, shower/WC/sink. On the 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms with double bed, bath/shower/WC/sink, free WLAN and much more.

    “Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Positiv: Freundlicher Empfang. Ein-/Auschecken, einfach und gut organisiert. Restaurant: La Motta Bergrestaurant - Schöne Terrasse, freundliche Bedienung. Essen war gut, Preis-Leistung stimmt auch. Ausflüge: Mot Tavrü - Schöne Wanderung am Rande des Nationalparks.”

    “Feriendomizil, in welchem man sich ungestört fühlt. Positiv: Ruhige Lage, nur kurze Gehdistanz zum Skibus Nr. 201 (ca. 80 m). Sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber, genügend Stauraum. Es hat Filterkaffeemaschine und Nespresso-Maschine in der Küche, Raclette-Ofen und Fondu-Geschirr sind vorhanden. Negativ: Eine Bank zum Skischuhe anziehen wäre noch ganz praktisch.
    Bei vereister Garageneinfahrt ist die Garage nicht verwendbar. Ich kam nur mit viel Schwung wieder aus der Garage heraus.”

    “Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus genossen, jederzeit gerne wieder. Positiv: Die Kücheneinrichtung war top, viel Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenutensilien. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Dorf und in der Nähe der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Negativ: Dass bei sämtlichen Betten die Kopfstützen nicht verstellbar waren, da mit Klebeband abgeklebt. Restaurant: Bergrestaurant Prümaran Prui - gemütliches, urchiges Bergrestaurant mit schöner Aussicht. Aussenterrasse top. Essen hervorragend. Ausflüge: Nationalpark Zernez - Schöne, unberührte, sehr eindrückliche Gegend. Wanderung von P1 aus unternommen.”

    “Gut durchdachtes Ferienhäuschen: geschmackvolle unaufdringliche Innen-Gestaltung, grosszügige und praktische Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung.. Zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum oder auf dem Wanderweg... wir waren im Pütvia 245F sehr wohl.”
