Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Haus 3  in der oberen Etage auf der rechten Seite. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Rundcouch(ausziehbar), Stereoanlage, TV und Sitzgruppe, einem  Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und einem Bad mit WC und Dusche. Haustiere sind erlaubt (10,00 Euro/pro Tag). Endreinigung, Heizung, Wasser und Strom sind inclusive. Anreise ab 14.00 Uhr, Abreise bis 10.00 Uhr.

Lütow liegt auf der Insel Usedom, 6 km entfernt von Zinnowitz und direkt am Achterwasser. Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in mehreren Ferienhäusern in ruhiger Waldrandlage. Der Badestrand ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Fahrradverleih, Bootsverleih, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und mehrere Biergärten sind im Ort. Es bestehen sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen mit Bus und Bimmelbahn nach Zinnowitz. Bahnhofstransfer wird vom Vermieter angeboten.
