This pretty ground floor Mediterranean holiday home with swimming pool is located in peaceful area, surrounded by other family houses. It is situated only ca. 10 minutes of walk away from the well-known historical and picturesque town of Labin on a top of a hill. Labin is famous for art galleries and its artistic charm. For those who would rather bathe in the sea, in only 15 minutes of drive there is the beautiful green oasis called Prtlog with numerous smaller cemented beaches and one natural pebble beach. Prtlog is a place with only a few houses, where further construction is not allowed, and it ensures an unforgettable view on the whole of Kvarner and the neighbouring tourist destination of Rabac with hotels, auto-camping sites and restaurants. If you are not fans of summer commotion and crowds, Prtlog will be your preferred place for swimming. Otherwise, we recommend Rabac, which is positioned only 4km away from the holiday home. Within ca. 10 km away, there are other coastal places such as Sv. Marina and Ravni. You can also go for a trip to Skitaca with the famous spring of healing water.
