Villa Terra Rossa is a newly built high quality modern villa. This modern interpretation of the traditional Mediterranean house is located in the heart of Istria, and belongs to a group of 5 villas. The villas architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool and outdoor area, which is beautifully designed with plenty of space and a large infinity pool with separate outdoor hydromassage. Also enjoy a brick-built barbecue and outdoor dining area. The well-kept garden has an irrigation system so that it is always green. Inside there is a beautiful open plan living area with designer kitchen and fireplace. Everything is flooded with light and large glass doors lead to the pool area. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and two on the upper floor - all with en-suite bathrooms. For extra space, you can use the gallery above the living area with a sofa bed. The entire house is fully air-conditioned.
A conveniently located supermarket is just 50 meters from the villas. If you are a larger group of travelers, Villa Terra Nerra and Terra Gialla are also available.Villa Terra Rossa is located in the romantic and medieval town of Sveti Petar u Sumi in the heart of Istria.
