The beautiful Villa Terrarossa Katelir is a great choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in Istria. The villa is located in a small village Kastelir, which is only 10 kilometres away from the tourist gem Porec. When you see this imposing building, you will certainly not remain indifferent. The villa is surrounded by a carefully landscaped Mediterranean-style garden with local vegetation. In addition to the terrace, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and two swimming pools. The larger one is 55 square metres and the smaller one is 12. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a sofa bed in each of the two junior suites. The terrace on the first floor offers a marvellous view of the vineyards and olive groves for which the small village is famous. Those who want to stay active on holiday will certainly spend some of their time in the cellar. There is a fitness room and a sauna as well as a kitchen with a fireplace and dining table.
