This cozy family villa is located on the edge of the village of Danijeli, in the heart of Istria. With a total of five bedrooms spread over two floors, this traditional stone villa can accommodate ten people. The first floor opens onto the covered terrace, which invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the cozy lounge. On the terrace, you can barbecue by the open fireplace and enjoy your meals al fresco. On the first floor is the rustic living and dining area with fireplace, the kitchen, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The villa has private parking with three parking spaces.

The spacious outdoor area houses an attractive pool with parasols and sun loungers. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the unspoiled nature of the surrounding area. If you fancy some outdoor activities, you can play volleyball or table tennis in the garden. Kringa is located in the center of Istria 5 kilometers south of Tinjan on the site of Iron Age buildings later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the municipality of Tinjan. The region is known for its food and wine and there are many good restaurants nearby. The interior of Istria with mountain villages and beautiful countryside is ideal for driving, cycling and hiking. The Adriatic coast and bustling tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places of interest are just a short drive away. Grocery store, a bar and an excellent tavern are within walking distance. 45 min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national nature park. From Porec you can also take a boat trip to Venice, Italy.
