CHALET BELLEVUE

The chalet is situated in a prime location with a fantastic 180 degree view over the Rhone valley to the Valais mountains. The top furnished chalet is brand new and offers over 120 m2 of living space on two floors. It was built of pine wood and is equipped with high quality materials. It has underfloor heating throughout the building and an open kitchen equipped with high quality utensils, including a large oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher.

A large oak table in an open dining area invites to enjoy a cozy meal. In the open living room you can make yourself comfortable on two large leather sofas and enjoy the panoramic view. A TV with Swisscom setting, a Marshal music box with Bluetooth, wifi throughout the chalet as well as a washer-dryer and vacuum cleaner robot complete the house technology.

The chalet has three bedrooms, each with a box spring double bed and a closet. A large bathroom in the basement is equipped with two sinks, a toilet and a bathtub, the second bathroom upstairs has a toilet, sink and a glass wall shower. The 40 m2 balcony is accessible from the kitchen, dining area and living room and has a large outdoor table.

Ideal starting point for hiking in the Valais Alps, the sunroom of Switzerland and for skiing in the largest Swiss ski resort, the 4 Vallées (410 km of slopes up to 3'330m), which can be reached by car in 5 minutes to the legendary Bear slope where a free parking is available. The public bus stops about 300 m away from the chalet and brings you quickly to the bear slope (4 km) and to the cantonal capital Sion (12 km). 2 parking spaces are available free of charge on the property of the chalet.
