➊ The Duplex Apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove top, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery), a living room with a sofa and a furnished patio / dining area with a stone grill.


○The outside area offers a Pool with outside shower as well as 3 sunbathing areas with sun loungers and lounge chairs placed next to the pebble beach ○



The area consists of 1 house, a pool & the surrounding which are included in the offer. The whole complex is private - no other people are staying / sharing the complex.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
