Our modern and comfortable holiday apartments with their own "Freisitz" Parking, are located at the gate to the Mittelmosel. They serve as a base for trips by car, motorbike, bicycle or hiking.
In the garden with lawn and pond you can relax in peace & Let your soul dangle.

Our holiday apartment “Arras” is designed for a maximum of 2 people. This is a compact apartment that has no traffic area. The individual areas “flow” into one another. The layout of the apartment can be seen from the attached floor plan. The living and dining areas are not separated. In the adjoining cooking area there is a pantry kitchen with a 2-plate ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The kitchen is also equipped with sufficient cooking and eating utensils, spices, microwave, small oven for pizza and rolls, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. You can also find other amenities such as filter bags, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and dishcloths here. Tea towels are of course included.

The dining area is equipped with a round dining table and two swivel chairs. The beds (180/200 cm) in the separate bedroom have height-adjustable slatted frames.

Your beds will of course be made when you move into your home. There is also a radio alarm clock. There is a safe in the bedroom closet where you can lock your valuables.

In the bathroom, which can be reached directly from the bedroom, you will find hygiene products, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, a drying rack, paper towels and toilet paper. The shower is floor level. Hand and shower towels are of course included (change of towels included for longer stays). All rooms are heated via underfloor heating. For wine lovers there is a small "vinothek" with selected wines from well-known wineries on the Moselle. A flat screen with satellite TV and a game collection are available for entertainment. We have also put together an information folder for you with attractions in our area. WiFi is of course free.

The holiday apartment has its own patio with 4 armchairs and separate parking spaces directly at the house.

Motorcycles can be stored in the carport. A bicycle cellar is available free of charge for your bicycles. You can also charge your e-bikes for free here.

From your holiday apartment you can access our spacious garden with a lawn (sun loungers) and a pond in which there are numerous koi's. There is also a barbecue area that is available to you. At the door to the bicycle cellar there is an outdoor dart board where you can pass the time.

The last renovation took place in 2022.

If you stay 3 nights or more you will receive a bottle of Moselle Riesling as a welcome gift.

Conditions:

An electric charging station is available for our guests with electric cars (Terra AC Wallbox, 11KW, Type 2 cable). Billing takes place via a separate meter. Costs 0.50 EUR/KW.
Only dogs are welcome as pets. Dogs (short-haired) are only allowed in the “Mosel” and “Arras” holiday apartments (max. 1 dog). Cost: EUR 10.00/day without food. No pets are allowed in the Sternenwald holiday apartment.
