The house Kovaci is an over 100 years old Istrian house built in the traditional way using rough stones.
The house was completely renovated in the year 2011 and during the reconstruction has been taken care of preserving the original atmosphere of the traditional Istrian house. Located in a quiet area on the edge of the village, the house has an enclosed garden of 100 sqm with parking for one vehicle, barbecue and a covered terrace with table and wooden benches. The owner lives on the property.
This renovated stone house for 6 guests has a total living area of 115 sqm over two floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining and living room with fireplace, satellite TV and terrace, shower/toilet. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, one with two separate beds, two with double beds and terrace, a bathroom/toilet with whirlpool bath. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
