Casa Nono Labinzi is a detached house with swimming pool and two separate units with a beautiful panoramic sea view.
Both units can be booked together. The house is set on the outskirts of the place Rojci in the village Kastelir-Labinci and is 7 km from the sea. The nearest restaurant and shop can be reached in 5-6 minutes on foot. On an enclosed property, guests have a swimming pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, well-kept garden and 2 parking spaces (outside the fenced property) on their disposal.
The house lies next to the local road that connects Labinci with Tar.

The larger unit (70 sqm) consists of an air-conditioned living area with a sitting set, dining table and equipped kitchen with access to a large covered terrace, two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom/toilet. The smaller unit (30 sqm) consists of a living area with sitting set, dining table and equipped kitchen with access to a terrace of 12 sqm, bedroom with double bed and shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
