The small, charming Villa Son Barbot de Can Robi Nou is set on a 70,000 m² plot that is completely fenced in. A relaxing family holiday is guaranteed not only by the pool right next to the house, but also by a large lounge sofa on the covered terrace, a hammock to relax in and a table tennis table. Whether it's unlimited swimming fun in the 7 x 5 m pool with outdoor shower or cosy sunbathing on one of the comfortable loungers, you're guaranteed to get into the holiday mood. The sweeping view over the rolling hills and wide fields of the picturesque landscape to the sea is particularly beautiful; in the evening, the setting sun bathes the surroundings in a magical light. You can prepare delicious treats on a BBQ and eat them together at the large dining table on the terrace. The entire garden is an oasis of relaxation: old trees and the varied, colourful plants on the property make your villa a place where you can unwind.

Built entirely at ground level, the villa extends over 124 m² of living space. The bright, open-plan living and dining area is designed in a rustic Mallorcan style: Warm colour tones, lots of wood and modern art on the walls with great attention to detail, someone has created a haven to welcome their visitors. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave offers everything you need to feel at home right away. You can sit on a cosy sofa by the open fireplace; a large dining table forms the centre of the room. Each of the two air-conditioned bedrooms has its own bathroom, one of which is en-suite and accessible via a small staircase. One bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed, the second room has two single beds. The modern, daylight-flooded bathrooms are equipped with spacious washbasins and large mirrors. You can also look forward to a walk-in shower or shower tray. The house has a safe for your valuables.

The location of this residence is perfect for holidaymakers who want to explore the many facets of the island away from mass tourism. Close to the small town of Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, the villa is idyllically surrounded by olive groves, fig trees, dwarf palms and rosemary bushes: We are located in a fertile plain of the Llevant mountain range, which stretches across the eastern part of the island. The area surrounding your villa offers fantastic opportunities for hiking, cycling, golf and water sports. The good connection to the Mallorcan road network allows short distances to the beautiful beaches and picturesque bays of the coastal towns. For example, you can explore the fantastic Cala Romantica, Cala Varques, which is surrounded by cliffs, or the fine sandy beach of Costa dels Pins. There are numerous shopping opportunities in the nearby towns of Artà or Manacor. In Sant Llorenc, the restaurant Es Pati has become a meeting point for gourmets. A small food market is held in the town every Thursday. A visit to the harbour of Porto Cristo is also highly recommended. This is Mallorca for connoisseurs! Off the beaten track, this little gem is located near the dreamy town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar in the east of the island.
