The large infinity pool with parasols, sun loungers and an outdoor shower forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area. The view of the unspoilt landscape, across fields and meadows and up to the gentle mountains in the distance will quickly calm your busy mind. A few steps lead up to the partially covered terrace with dining table. A great idea: a cosy barbecue evening with freshly prepared delicacies from the mobile gas barbecue, accompanied by local wine and a digestif in a comfortable hanging chair. The natural stone wall of the house and the bright blue folding shutters round off the Mediterranean atmosphere. A small highlight for active guests: at the back of the villa you will find a separate building with a table tennis table.

The terrace leads directly into the combined living/dining room and kitchen. It could hardly be simpler, chicer or more modern. While you relax on the grey couch, you can gaze out at nature through the floor-to-ceiling windows or watch the huge flat-screen TV, which can easily keep up with the equipment you brought from home. A few splashes of colour here, a cool dining table lamp there in the bright room will immediately make you feel at home. And when the sun goes down in the evening, plenty of indirect lighting provides additional cosiness. The kitchen with bar counter is excellently equipped and you can easily store enough food for the week in the large fridge. The house has three attractively furnished bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Two additional bathrooms prevent morning shower queues, so nothing stands in the way of that first cup of coffee together.

Felanitx lies at the foot of the Serres de Llevant mountain range, surrounded by beautiful countryside: almond trees, citrus groves and vineyards characterise the landscape. On Sundays, when the streets are filled with market stalls, the historic town centre is particularly beautiful. Here you are sure to find the right fresh delicacies and authentic souvenirs. Nostalgic guests will discover their maritime paradise just 20 kilometres away in Portocolom. A stroll through the pretty alleyways, a delicious lunch at the harbour - here you can really indulge yourself. And there is another highlight very close to the villa: the Sant Salvador monastery, one of the most beautiful sights in Mallorca, can be reached at the end of a winding road in around 20 minutes. You will find places to relax in the small bay of Cala d'Or, framed by the surrounding cliffs, or on the sandy beach of Cala Grand, where you will even find a diving school.

The modern Villa Bona Vista de Felanitx is located in the south of Mallorca, around 5.5 km west of Felanitx. In the village, the farmers' market attracts visitors with its numerous stalls, gourmet specialities and particularly good wines. No wonder, as this is the second largest wine-growing area on the island. If you want to feel the sand between your toes after a long walk, drive around 25 minutes to Cala d'Or or Portocolom, where you will find beautiful beaches such as Cala Grand.
