In the purist Villa Paul, you can enjoy your very own realm despite the neighbourhood. This residential area without hotels in the immediate vicinity offers urban privacy with a pool and small garden area. There are several ways to spend time outdoors on the tiled terrace right next to the house, for example under a roof in the cosy lounge or at the dining table directly under the open sky. From both spots, you have an excellent view of the pool and the children splashing around in it. The shallow pool boasts Roman steps and bright blue mosaics. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the adjoining terrace for extended sunbathing. There is also an outdoor shower for a quick dip in between. The other side of the house offers another covered terrace - a great place for evening barbecues, as the barbecue is also located here.

The terrace leads directly into the practically furnished living areas of the villa. A charming mix of styles consisting of cosy upholstered furniture in the living area with fireplace and more modern furniture in the dining room area immediately creates a feel-good atmosphere. On the ground floor, in addition to the living and dining room, there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom, which can be accessed via the entrance hall. From here, a staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two further bedrooms in white style and two bathrooms. The beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers and parasol can also be reached from here. All in all, you have rented a wonderful holiday home where you can spend your holiday directly in the villa or enjoy activities in the surrounding area and then relax in the base camp. Villa Paul is located in a quiet residential area near Portocolom with its beautiful harbour bay. The village scores with shopping facilities as well as nice bars and good restaurants. Thanks to its location, you can reach the local infrastructure and attractive excursion destinations in a short time. Particularly attractive and sometimes secluded beaches on the east coast can only be reached on foot.
