This autochthonous Istrian stone house in a row is located in Kastelir, 10 km from Porec and 6 km from Lanterna beach. A well-known restaurant is only 100m away, while the nearest shop, pizzeria, ATM, tavern, wine road and other facilities are about 1km away. The house was completely renovated in 2011, and during the reconstruction care was taken to preserve the originality of the old stone house. One balcony is equipped with seating and deckchairs, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
