Holiday home near Schneekoppe

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1670 and renovated in 2020 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Location
Horní Malá Úpa, district Upper Mala Upa, 1090 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Direct view of the highest mountain Sněžka. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking in the summer at the house, in winter on the central car park (300 meters) for a fee.

electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Available all TV programs that are not coded, SAT Skylink are - Astra 1 and 3.

Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 2.5 m, depth 1 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the end of August.

    “Huset var egentlig fint og rummeligt bortset fra køkkenet. Det var meget lille. Og det undrer os, at en så basal ting som en kaffemaskine ikke fandtes i huset og ikke engang en kaffetragt. Vi spurgte efter det hos ejer, men han var ikke i stand til at skaffe det. Det var lidt specielt, at ejeren boede i huset i den ene ende. Det gik dog ok. Men de første par dage oplevede vi, at ejeren havde været på værelset for at flytte på nogle dyner og tæpper. Det føltes underligt.
    Men ejeren var i øvrigt meget tjenstvillig, når vi havde spørgsmål.
    Det var dog ubehageligt, at hans store hund indimellem gik løs omkring, når vi havde små børn med, som ikke bryder sig om hunde. Dette fik vi sagt til ham, og så blev det ændret.
