House in Ummanz with Barbecue, Terrace and Garden

This lovely 5-star thatched house leaves nothing to be desired. It is situated on the west side of Rügen, right in front of the bridge to the island Ummanz, with a view of the Focker Strom by the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.

A large lawn area with a garden shed adjoins the terrace. Bicycles and sports equipment can be kept in the lockable shed. The terrace provides garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol and canopy beach chair). There are plenty of private parking spaces right on and in front of the site.

The house provides around 147m² of living space on a site of around 650m², for up to eight people. It has three bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a French bed and a safe, a bathroom with a bath and integrated shower, WC and washbasin on the upper floor, and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin on the ground floor. An infrared sauna is also available. The comfortably furnished house has a modern country kitchen, a large dining table for eight people, a fireplace stove, Wi-Fi Internet access, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, for a relaxing stay.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, in the interests of allergy sufferers.
