This holiday house is located just a few kilometres away from the town of Crikvenica, in a quiet and green area near the river Dubracina. It is an ideal destination for a family holiday or a holiday with friends. The decor is simple and functional. You can spend time outdoors and prepare delicious food on the barbecue. The house consists of two residential units, which extend over two floors and are connected only via external stairs. Visit the nearby Crikvenica with various restaurants and shops and make a refreshing break on one of the beautiful beaches. The house is located on the promenade that leads from Crikvenica to the Tribalj Lake in a total length of 7.5 km, which is suitable for cycling or walking with your dog.

    “Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer Straße, zu welcher die Schlafzimmer ausgerichtet sind. Wenn man nur einen leichten Schlaf hat könnte es zu Problemen kommen, da man hier jedes Auto und Moped vorbeifahren hört. Der Garten ist schön groß und der Bach am Ende war eine willkommene Abkühlung für unsere Hund. In dem Haus waren zahlreiche Weberknechte (überall), sowie Spinnen und Ähnliches.
