Apartement with terrace and parking in 2-family house

Our property lies in the state acknowledged Rest & Recreation village of Riefensbeek-Kamschlacken, 12 km from the centre of Osterode am Harz, on the border of Harz Mountains National Park. Cosy furnishings: a living room with SAT-TV, radio and DVD. Dining room. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen (oven, ceramic glass hob, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/Shower & WC. The owner only accepts pets from 5 to 10 kilos.

A \"Harz\"-felt Welcome! Surrounded on two sides by the river Söse, our guests will find a large and comfortable 100 m² holiday apartment on the 1st floor in our 2-family house, \"Altes Forsthaus Sösetal\".

Along with the pure Nature of Harz Mountains, the fresh air and clear water of the Söse-valley reservoir, our guests will find wander trails in front of our house: the Baudensteig, the Försterstieg,- or the well known Harzer-Hexen-Stieg, one of the top 10 hiking trails in Germany. Small village grocer 2 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming 2 km, indoor swimming 12 km, Thermal bath and Sauna 12 km, railway station \"Osterode\" 12 km Summer and Winter sports are all nearby!

    “Eine mega schöne große FeWo in ruhiger, angenehmer & vor allem erholsamer Gegend.
    Was ein kleiner Nachteil ist, im Ort selbst gibt es keine Möglichkeit Lebensmittel für den alltäglichen Gebrauch zu kaufen, also heißt es sich gut mit Lebensmitteln eindecken.”

    “Een mooi, ruim huis. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Rustig, een mooie grote tuin. Een vriendelijke gastvrouw. Kortom een verblijf om aan te bevelen en terug te komen.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet. Es gab einen Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder, ein Babybett und auch die Küche war topp ausgestattet.
    Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut und gemütlich im Stil der 70er eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber.

    Die Vermieterin war super lieb und hat uns unter anderem tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist komplett was sowohl die Räumlichkeiten als auch Mobiliar und Utensilien betrifft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, geräumig und man findet sich rasch zurecht. Als Selbstversorger kann man morgens gemütlich in der Frühstückstücksecke den Tag einläuten und am Abend nach getaner Entdeckung und Wanderung den Tag beim selbst zubereiteten Mahl ausklingen lassen. Die gemütlichen Polstermöbel laden zwischendurch zum Verweilen ein. Der Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer ist zwar etwas klein geraten, aber wer will im wunderschönen Harz schon seine Zeit mit Fernsehen verbringen? Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und die Ruhe am Orte lässt alle Zeit zum Ein-, Durch- und Ausschlafen, wenn man will. Leider haben wir draußen witterungsbedingt die Sitzecke am gurgelnden Bach nicht nutzen können (genauso wenig wie das Barbecue), aber vielleicht klappt's ja beim nächsten Mal!

    Last but not least: Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und geben gerne Auskunft über alles, was die Region betrifft.”
