Spacious holiday home with terrace and garden with direct access to the beach, great location by the sea

This holiday home scores with its great location by the sea. At the same time it is located at a short distance to the village. Through the garden you have direct access to the nearby beach which is only 50 meters away.

This spacious, comfortably furnished and very well equipped holiday home offers plenty of space for maximum seven people on 110 m². It is heated with oil. All the rooms have oak parquet flooring. On the ground floor, you will find the 35 m² living room opening to the terrace and the garden. The room is furnished with a cosy leather sofa seating area in front of the fireplace and an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen plus a dining area. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet. The house has a total of four bedrooms - one of which is on the ground floor and is furnished with a 160 cm double bed. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a 90 cm-wide single bed. Two further 90 cm-wide single beds are in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with bathtub on the upper floor. The living room and three bedrooms have a sea view and you can see the Phare d’Eckmuhl lighthouse in the background.

The holiday home’s own terrace is 25 m² in size. It is directly in front of the living room and faces the sea. It is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. Relax and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers provided in the garden. The outdoor shower is convenient after returning from the beach. You can park the car in the garden or on the street in front of the house.

Generally pets are welcome on request if they will not have access to the bedrooms, the cleanness of the garden will be respected and neighbors will not be annoyed. In the high season on a case-by-case basis. Free internet access is available in the house.

The sea is less than 100 meters away. From the back of the garden you have direct access to the sandy beach through a gate, without having to cross the street. In the area there are many recreational opportunities for people who love the sea and the nature. Just behind the house, only 50 m away there is a family beach. There are also children's play areas and a four-year sailing school, also windsurfing, diving, hiking, cycling and horse riding are possible activities. On your explorations you can see interesting chapels and impressive megaliths. An attraction is also the return of the coastal ships every night, the landing of the fish and the following auction. The exhibition "Haliotika" in the harbor makes you discover the maritime world. In summer, you can visit folklore festivals to experience the authenticity and richness of Brittany. Try local seafood, fresh seafood, shellfish and delicious crepes and galettes. Shops and restaurants can be found at a distance of about 900 meters from the house.

    “Empfang durch Sylvie sehr kompetent, Lage des Hause optimal zum Strand;
    aber leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung (incl. Möbel).
    Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit, besonders was das Geschirr und Besteck im Schrank und in den Schubladen angeht, nicht zufrieden. Und dafür mussten wir dann 80,00 Euro Reinigungsgeld bezahlen.
    Der Kühlschrank roch nach vergammelten Fisch! Im Schlafzimmer unten konnte man leider die Ölheizung riechen, obwohl diese nicht an war.
    Unter all diesen Umständen würden wir eher nicht noch mal mieten wollen.”

    “Nous avons pris connaissance de votre message avec attention, et regrettons cette situation que nous ne comprenons pas.

    Etant donné que vous n'avez pas fait part de votre déception pendant votre séjour, ni au moment du départ, mais uniquement une fois que vous aviez quitté les lieux, nous n'avons pu ni constater les faits, ni en discuter avec vous. En conséquence nous n'avons eu aucune possibilité de réagir pour corriger les choses si cela était nécessaire.

    Pour votre information, notre location, qui a été entièrement rénovée en 2003, fait régulièrement l'objet de travaux d'entretien depuis cette date. Les derniers travaux réalisés était l'installation d'une nouvelle cuisine en 2017 (nouveau mobilier, nouveau plan de travail, nouveau matériel électro-ménager, avec frigo neuf Liebherr, table de cuisson induction neuve Siemens, etc). D'autre part, le parquet en chêne dans la pièce de vie - qui a tendance à blanchir à cause du sable - est très régulièrement huilé par nos soins. Idem pour le parquet de la salle de bain en teck, qui est huilé chaque année, pour supporter les projections d'eau. Etant particulièrement vigilants à l'état de notre location, nous ne voyons sincèrement pas à quoi vous vous référer quand vous parlez de nécessité de rénovation.

    Concernant la vaisselle, si lors de votre séjour quelques couverts ou plats n'étaient pas parfaitement propres, nous en sommes sincèrement désolés. Nous demandons en effet 80€ de frais de ménage final pour effectuer un ménage complet par nos soins, entre chaque départ/arrivée. Nous porterons naturellement une attention particulière avant l'arrivée de nos prochains vacanciers.

    Enfin, pour les " odeurs de radiateur à huile dans la chambre ", nous ne comprenons pas ce que vous avez voulu indiquer, sachant que le système utilisé dans la location est un chauffage central au fuel, dont la chaudière est située dans la cave. Il n'y a donc pas d'odeur d'huile possible au niveau des radiateurs.

    Pour terminer, nous tenons tout de même à préciser que chaque année, la très grande majorité des vacanciers repart enchantée de leur séjour, avec une "prestation conforme à [leurs] attentes", prêts à revenir l'année suivante!”
