Next to the living room there is a separate TV room, and if you want to retire with a book, you can make yourself comfortable in the library upstairs, but also used as a playroom by the little ones. The pool is located below the house. The expansive garden overlooks Mont Coudon. Drive to the beaches 5 km away, play a few holes at Golf de La Garde or go exploring in the region. Things to see: La Seyne-sur-Mer, Carqueirane, Hyères as well as a variety of rocky coves. Cross over to the Îles d'Or, in German the golden islands - especially don't miss a visit to the island of Porquerolles.
