Apartment building in a central location with a large sun terrace

Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.

Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.

Apartment in Punta Brava

The guests of Casa Rosamar live in a townhouse, which has been extensively renovated taking biological and ecological aspects into account. The apartment is carefully and lovingly furnished. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, one with two single beds 90cm x 200cm), a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 1st floor and does not have its own balcony or terrace. On the 3rd floor of Casa Rosamar there is a roof terrace that is available to all guests of the house. From there you can see over the neighboring houses the Orototava Valley and the Teide on one side and the sea and Puerto de la Cruz on the other.

    “Super Ferienwohnung ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Sehr Sauber, super Service (Bettwäschewechsel, Handtücher, kann wenn gewünscht auch von Putzfrau zwischendurch gereinigt werden, 2x in der Woche kann die persönliche Wäsche gewaschen werden). WLAN war vorhanden und deutsches Fernsehn auch möglich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind prima sowie genug Möglichkeiten gut und preiswert Essen zu gehen. Leider gibt es nur ein Zweiplattenkochfeld und keinen Ofen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße. Der Vermieterkontakt ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar gewesen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden auch wieder hier buchen.”
