This beautiful and well-kept holiday home in the picturesque province of Friesland awaits you in an inviting holiday park. In the living room and on the terrace you have a marvellous view over the meadows. After an active day in the beautiful surroundings, you can relax with your family and friends by the wood-burning stove in the living room. So that you don't have to miss out on your favourite series on holiday, you can watch Netflix in the house. The open-plan kitchen is connected to the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The immediate vicinity of this holiday home has a lot to offer. Visit the Wadden Sea, where you can go on mudflat walks and enjoy the unique nature. You can cycle or walk along the dyke towards Harlingen, with views of the Wadden Sea on one side and the typical terps with authentic farms on the other. The beautiful harbour town of Harlingen is only 14 km away. Here you will find a beach and many shops, but you can also admire the town hall, the lighthouse and the Zuiderhaven marina. From Harlingen, the ferry sails to the Wadden Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling, which are definitely worth a visit. Just 5 km from the holiday home is the town of Franeker, known from the Eleven Cities Tour. Visit the old town centre and the planetarium. Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland, is only 22 km from the holiday home. On cooler days, you can visit the Aeolus indoor playground with your children. This playground is only 5 kilometres away and offers a variety of activities. There is a lot to discover in the glass pyramid. The holiday home is about 7 km from the Bloemketerp indoor swimming pool in Franeker. In March 2019, a complete wellness area was realised in this holiday home. Enjoy the spacious Finnish sauna for 5 people and the whirlpool for 6 people. The wellness area is enclosed by a partition wall, offering you plenty of privacy. After a visit to the Finnish sauna, you can simply shower under the outdoor shower. 2 pets are welcome in the holiday home. The garden is completely fenced in, making this holiday home very pet-friendly.
