Idyllic holiday house completed in 2014, by the Thülsfelder Talsperre (dam)
The house is right by the dam on a newly built holiday house estate about 150 metres from the main beach. The exit is Thülsfelder Talsperre Mitte.
The house provides around 90m² of living space and can accommodate up to six people. The rustic furniture gives it a particular charm. The bathroom with a shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. In total there are two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the house also has two sofa beds (120 x 200cm) and an LED TV. The kitchen is equipped with pans, plates, cups, an electric stove with a ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining space consists of a large dining table with five chairs and a bench, seating eight people easily. The living room has a sofa suite and an armchair with a footrest, as well as a large LED TV with a Bluray and DVD player. All the TVs are smart TVs. The bathroom is on the upper floor and comprises a whirlpool bath, a WC and a shower. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. There is under-floor heating throughout the house. Wireless Internet access, a washing machine and a dryer are available.
There is a car parking space on site, as well as a garden terrace with furniture and a grill, a swing with a slide. Pets are allowed on request.
At the moment there may still be some noise from building work, as the house is on a new holiday house estate that is still being developed.
The nearest supermarket is six kilometres away. It is 150 metres to the lake.
