Die Ferienwohnanlage "Landhaus am Haff" ist 1997 in ländlicher Architektur und idyllischem Reetdach neu errichtet worden. Auf dem Grundstück von 5.000 qm ist ein großzügiger Kinderspielplatz u. a. Tischtennis, Sandkasten, Rutsche, Segelboot, eine Liegewiese und Grillplätze angelegt. Genießen die Ruhe und entspannen Sie sich. Zur Ihrer Verfügung stehen kostenloses WLAN, ein schöner Flachbildschirmfernseher, seit dem neuen Jahr 2020 sind unsere Betten mit "der besten jemals getesteten Matratze" ausgestattet, so schlafen Sie in unserer Ferienwohnung komfortabel auf höchstem Niveau!


Wir haben unsere Küchenzeile 2022 erneuert und vergrößert, Geschirrspülautomat, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Würstchenelektrogrill sind vorhanden.


Gemütlicher Leder-Relaxsessel und ausziehbare Schlafcouch.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein PKW-Stellplatz,  Fahrräder können untergestellt werden. Fahrradverleih bei Bedarf. Der städtische Tennisplatz ist in der Nähe (500m) gelegen. Versorgungsmöglichkeiten: Bäckerei zum Lieb haben und Gaststätte "Remise" am Ort (150m); Supermärkte, Apotheke, Ärzte in Usedom(3-4km).

    “Die Ferienwohnung war für die Unterbringung auf Usedom sehr preisgünstig, geräumig und für alle alltäglichen Bedürfnisse bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern (7 J., 4 J., 8 Monate) dort untergebracht und hatten das Reisebett problemlos im Schlafzimmer unterbringen können. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und absolut unkompliziert. Wir können diese wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung nur absolut weiterempfehlen und werden beim nächsten Mal auf alle Fälle wieder anfragen und buchen!”
