This holiday property has a community pool, several patio and beautiful views of the ocean and inland due to its location. The detached holiday property is situated amidst a fruit orchard on the edge of town, in walking distance to the beach. Enjoy a relaxing holiday on a quiet location and enjoy the amenities if the town.
Outside you will find seating accommodation and sun loungers, the heated community pool and the large roof terrace and balconies, as well as a beautiful garden. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue, where you can prepare your meals al fresco.
There is a studio for two and holiday flats for two to four people. All properties are furnished with a comfy double bed and have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a separate mini kitchen. There is a flat screen satellite television in the living room, central heating, Wi-Fi at a fee. Pets are permitted upon request.
Due to its central location, it is just a 13 minute walk to the town centre and the beach. It is about one kilometre to supermarkets and shops.
A weekly cleaning and changing of the sheets is included in the rental price. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the ripe fruit from the orchards.

The 55 m² apartment with a patio is located either on the ground floor of the building and has a patio or is located on the top floor and has two balconies. There is a bedroom, a living/bedroom with a dining table and an open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed. The living room is furnished with a sectional, an armchair and a flat screen television. The sectional can accommodate another two people (155 x 200 cm). We can also provide an extra bed upon request. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and offers a two burner gas stove, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bathroom boasts a window, a shower, a sink and a toilet. Breakfast service is available at a fee and upon request.
