Holiday apartment with a terrace and a great lake and mountain view

This holiday apartment is in a quiet, hilly area. The apartment of around 55m² has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bathroom with a bath, a small living room with a sofa bed for two people (140 x 190cm), and a TV (32”, satellite), as well as a kitchen-diner with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request (limited availability, to be confirmed at the time of booking). The apartment has payable heating throughout. Free wireless Internet access is available. The apartment can only be accessed along some steps and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

The outdoor area has terrace with a table and four chairs. There is also a big garden with loungers, parasols and a grill for shared use.

The apartment is accessed along a small path of around 70 metres. There are public parking spaces about 100-130 metres from the holiday apartment.

It is about a 500-metre walk to a pebbled beach and about a kilometre by car. Please note that, owing to the hilly location, the paths go uphill or downhill. There are small grocery shops about 500 metres from the apartment. It is about 5km to the nearest supermarket (Menaggio). There are restaurants/pizzerias about 600 metres away.
