    “Good situated with sunny and quiet surroundings. Parking ground is okay. The flat was very bad cleaned-up, when we arrived, especially the kitchen. The home freezer was too dirty to use and there was old stinking fat in the roasting pan. Even the flat was in bad repair: when it rained we got water on the floor from the balcony door. The TV and the remote controls did not work. The oven in the gas cooker did not work, too. The parasol on the balcony was broken (after 6 days we got a new one, but too small). Very very bad service.     Enkel heel muf! Er moet verlucht worden. Kleren is kasten stinken.
    Matrassen, kussens en dekbedden zijn aan vervanging toe. We hebben heel slecht geslapen.”

    “In der Residenz ist es sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Den Kiesstrand erreicht man in ein paar Minuten. Prinzipiell ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Zu bemängeln ist, dass es in der Küchenzeile keinen Dunstabzug gibt. Bad und Toilette haben keine funktionierende Lüftung und in einem Schlafzimmer wird dringend Ersatz für die quietschenden Betten benötigt. Schade, dass der defekte und verschmutzte Insektenschutz in den Schlafzimmern nicht verwendet werden konnte.”
