This large and beautiful apartment is located on the second floor of a house in Cerna v Posumavi and is close to the Lipno Lake. Here you have excellent opportunities for swimming, surfing and fishing. However, a fishing licence is necessary, which you can buy on the spot. A rowing boat can be rented for an extra cost of CZK 300 / week. The town of Ceský Krumlov with a castle, cosy alleys and restaurants is just 20 km away from the house. The owner lives 200 metres away. The fishing licence can be purchased from the owner.
